Frequently Asked Questions for Gardes Infernaux General Staff:included Partially figure assembly delivered cleaned
What should I do if the product seems different from its description?
Describe the discrepancy using clear factual observations. Retain important communications until the issue is resolved.
How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Check that the saved text is readable before closing the session. Avoid publicly sharing a transcript that contains private purchase details.
How can I confirm availability before ordering?
Do not assume joining a waiting list creates a confirmed order. If the status conflicts across pages, ask which information applies to the selected offer.
